We assess the buildability of your site and identify any planning or compliance requirements.

3. Walk Through

Tour our display homes and work with your consultant to create your ideal home vision.

4. Finance Pre-Approval

Our finance partner, Park Group, will assist with borrowing capacity assessments and investment structuring.

5. Home Proposal

You’ll receive a preliminary quote, siting, and assessment of your chosen design on your block.

6. Sales Sign Off

Approve your design and pricing. A Preliminary Contract fee is required to move forward.

7. Preliminary Contract

With surveys and reports complete, we begin concept plans tailored to your land.

8. Colour Selections

Meet with a Colour Consultant to finalise fixtures, fittings, and finishes for your home.

9. Contract Signing

Once colours and contract drawings are approved, your dedicated Pre-Site Client Manager is assigned.

10. Site Start Prep
