3. Home Proposal
Using your wish list, your Sales Consultant will discuss selections, your pre-planner building assessment and explain any possible constraints and compliance requirements with your block.
4. Property Inspection Report
At this stage, the plan you've selected will be reviewed by our team of experts to access the buildability and complete a site review.
5. Sales Sign Off
At this stage, your Sales Consultant will provide a preliminary quote, marked up plans and a siting of your home on your block.
6. Preliminary Contract
At this stage, you’ll review and sign the preliminary contract documents. We’ll also discuss required approvals and site-related actions.
7. Intro Call
A dedicated Client Manager will introduce themselves and become your main contact throughout your build journey.
8. Colour & Electrical Selections
Meet with a Colour & Eelctrical Consultant to finalise fixtures, fittings, and finishes for your home.
9. Contract Signing
Once colours and contract drawings are approved, you’ll review and sign your contract.
10. Site Start Prep
We guide you through essential steps: abolishment of services, demolition permits, asbestos clearance, and asset protection.
11. Permits
We manage building permits, energy ratings, and council approvals following demolition.
12. Quality Assurance & Final Sign Off
All final documents are reviewed by our team and suppliers to ensure accuracy and quality.
13. Site Start
With permits and finance approved, we begin building your brand-new home!
