Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a sales consultant to join our team. If you are a driven individual who is eager to achieve success, this may be the exciting opportunity you have been waiting for!

You should be an enthusiastic and passionate professional with a customer-first mindset and keen attention to detail. The ability to efficiently manage workloads, deadlines, sales targets and multiple priorities is essential, along with a dedication to delivering exceptional client-focused service. Experience in the residential construction industry is preferred but not essential as we are open to both experienced consultants and those looking for new opportunities. We have a solid training and onboarding program in place, supportive and encouraging leadership to ensure you are set up for success and become the best you can be.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and meet targets

• Master product knowledge and market trends

• Manage client relationships and land agent partnerships

• Maintain display centers and documentation

• Participate in ongoing learning & development

• Manage safety in display centre

• Use CRM systems and follow sales standards

• Collaborate with cross functional teams

Requirements:

• 1+ years in a sales role (preferably in residential construction but not essential)

• Customer-focused with attention to detail

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills

• Available to work Saturday-Wednesday

• Willingness to learn & thrive
