Great Place to Work® Certified 2026
Great Place to Work® Certified 2026
Eight Homes is proud to announce that it has been officially recognised as a Great Place to Work® Certified workplace for 2026.
The certification is based entirely on employee feedback and reflects the experiences of team members across the business. As Eight Homes participates in the survey every second year, this marks the third time the company has achieved the certification.
For a business built on strong relationships, collaboration and a shared commitment to delivering great outcomes for customers, the recognition is an important milestone.
"Being recognised as a Great Place to Work is something we're incredibly proud of because it comes directly from our people," said Steve Maher, Director of Eight Homes.
"Our team is at the heart of everything we do. While no workplace is perfect, this certification reflects the culture we've worked hard to build together and the environment our people help create every day."
Since launching in 2012, Eight Homes has grown to become one of Victoria's leading home builders, delivering more than 6,000 homes across Melbourne and Geelong. Throughout that growth, the business has remained focused on creating a workplace where people feel supported, valued and empowered to contribute.
The Great Place to Work survey provides valuable insights into employee experiences, helping organisations better understand their strengths and identify opportunities for improvement.
Over the coming months, Eight Homes will take a deeper dive into the survey results to better understand what is working well and where further improvements can be made.
"The feedback we receive through the survey is incredibly valuable," Steve said.
"It helps us understand what matters most to our people and guides how we continue to evolve as both a business and an employer."
Eight Homes would like to thank every team member who participated in the survey and for the contribution they make each day. Achievements like this are only possible because of the people behind the business.
As the company continues to grow and evolve, creating a positive workplace experience remains a key priority.
A stronger Eight Homes starts with our team.
